Shell PANOLIN S4 HLP Synth EAL 68 is a high-performance, readily biodegradable hydraulic fluid formulated with fully synthetic saturated esters and zinc-free additive technology. It is designed for hydraulic systems operating in environmentally sensitive areas, including marine, construction and forestry applications. The fluid is classified as a HEES hydraulic fluid under ISO 15380 and meets the requirements of the EU Ecolabel and US EPA 2013 Vessel General Permit (VGP).
