FOODLUBE Hi-Torque is a range of fully synthetic, food-grade gear oils designed to minimise wear, reduce the risk of breakdowns, and extend gearbox service life. The formulation can extend oil change intervals for up to 4 years, helping reduce maintenance requirements and operating costs.
It incorporates ROCOL Start Up Protection System (SUPS) technology, which keeps gear teeth coated with lubricant during shutdown. This provides immediate lubrication and protection when machinery restarts, even after prolonged periods of inactivity. SUPS technology also helps protect against micropitting, a common form of gear tooth failure.
FOODLUBE Hi-Torque is NSF H1 registered, ISO 21469 certified, and HALAL approved, making it suitable for gearbox applications in food processing and other clean manufacturing environments.
Available in 150, 220, 320, and 460 cSt viscosities to meet a wide range of food industry gearbox lubrication requirements.
